Floral Series

The floral series is basically made using the pour and blow technique. For this technique to work truly you need a correct amount of viscosity in the fluid paint. As this is the true reason that you can control the flow of the paint. The whole series consists of bright and vibrant colour combinations and hues of a more neutral background. The negative space in the background adds a clean surface for the colours to come through and helps keep the flowers in focus. All the paintings in the following series have been created using a similar mixative. This helped in getting the colourful floral design to break through from the background. But all the pieces have been created by experimenting these simple factors by varying volumes.
